In a safe and supportive space, you can experience the silence, spaciousness, and freedom of being present.
My program includes guided seated and lying-down meditations, mindful movement and walking, body scan practices, silent contemplation, and informal exercises such as mindful eating. If you join this weekend retreat, you will have the opportunity to:
practice observing the present moment without judgment or reaction,
connect with your body sensations, feelings, and thoughts without judging, relate to yourself and others with loving-kindness, acceptance, and curiosity,
practice communication rooted in mindful presence,
learn mindfulness techniques and practices you can easily integrate into everyday life,
and explore mindfulness attitudes.
Previous mindfulness weekend participants say:
"The mindfulness weekend brought me a sense of slowing down, an expansion of my inner space, a new perspective, and a flow of creative, free energy. I wish it would never end."
"I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone seeking peace from the noisy world, who wants to build a deeper connection with themselves and experience the power of true connection. For me, these two days provided calmness during a very stressful period and showed me the way to best handle the situation while also taking care of myself."
After you sign up, I’ll reach out to schedule a short conversation. The purpose of this is partly to get to know you and your questions about the program, and partly to find out whether this weekend is the right fit for you. If so, we’ll also talk about what’s important for you in the two days together. Based on participants’ past experience with mindfulness and meditation, and any needs shared in advance, I shape the two-day program flexibly. We will be practicing from 9 AM to 5 PM on both days.
